Our key fob was dead, and our manual key wasnt working jammed up so we were left stranded at sweet frog. Got us right in, in literal minutes damage free. Showed us a simple fix, and explained why it was jammed up. Works fine now. Fairly priced as well! If I ever need help from a locksmith again, I know exactly who Im calling! Great guy!!

I locked my key in my car at the gas station almost an hour from home. A relative was able to call mike for me, pay for the unlock over the phone, and he arrived and had my car open within 20 minutes. The price was well worth more than having someone drive to my house, get my spare key, and drive to Hagerstown to help me. Called at 5:45am and Mike answered right away. He was on location within 20 minutes to unlock my car, and was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. He also didn't even charge me HALF of what other locksmiths in the area would have for the same service!

My car locked itself when I went out to start it this morning. With the keys locked inside and no way to get back into my house, I was sitting in the cold for over an hour and a half.
